A motorcycle crash at Smithfield has left a man in hospital this morning.
It happened on the Kuranda Range just after 2am.

Paramedics have taken the man to Cairns Hospital in a stable condition with a back injury.
Meanwhile, a man has been airlifted to Cairns, following a crash at Dimbulah.
Around 9.30pm Tuesday, a car has rolled on Burke Developmental Road.
Paramedics took a man in his 20s to Mareeba Hospital in a serious condition with arm, shoulder, face, chest and back injuries, before flying him to Cairns hospital.
