A 15-year-old boy has been charged after another 15-year-old was wounded at a Manunda Education Facility.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 11.40am yesterday, following reports of an altercation between the boys during which one sustained a wound to his abdomen.
He was taken to Cairns Hospital in a stable condition.

The other 15-year-old boy fled on foot and was located in Kanimbla around 12.10pm.
He was taken into custody and has since been charged with one count of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
He will face Cairns Childrens Court today.
Investigations are ongoing, anyone with relevant information or vision is urged to contact police.
