Police have commenced an investigation following a traffic incident that left a Babinda man hospitalised this morning.
Initial information indicates the 23-year-old man was a pedestrian on Dickson Road, where he was located injured at about 12.40am after he was struck by a car.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding his injury.
Police would like to speak to anyone with information, dash cam or CCTV vision in the area of Dickson Road or Howard Kennedy Road between the hours of midnight to 1am.
