UPDATE: The 52-year-old man reported missing from Clifton Beach has been found safe and well.

EARLIER: Police are appealing for public assistance to find a 52-year-old man missing from Clifton Beach.
Daniel Srhoj was last seen at a Captain Cook Highway shopping complex at Clifton Beach on Tuesday, September 20 around 1.30pm.
He is described as Caucasian, approximately 176cm tall, proportionate build with blue eyes and short brown and grey hair with three-day’s beard growth.
He was wearing a black polo shirt with red, grey and white fishing motifs, blue shorts and dark runners, and was carrying a large black backpack.
Concerns are held for Daniel as his disappearance is out of character.
Daniel, or anyone who may have information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
