A missing hiker has been found after falling down a steep embankment on the Green Arrow Walking Track.
It’s believed the woman in her 70s had been missing for several days.
The rescue chopper was called in to help, however due to the steep terrain it was unable to winch her to safety.

Ground crews assisted paramedics in getting her out and the woman was taken to Cairns hospital in a stable condition around 10.00 last night with arm and leg injuries.
