A man has been injured after he was allegedly struck by a car at Cairns North.
Police say around 8.00pm yesterday a 76-year-old Manunda man was hit by a BMW 118D at the intersection of James Street and Sheridan Street.
The 55-year-old female driver was uninjured, while the man was taken to Cairns Hospital with a severe leg injury.
