A 30-year-old Earlville man has been after allegedly fleeing from a stolen van in Cairns City.
It will be alleged the van was stolen on September 23 from a Newell Street address at Bungalow.

At around 2.30pm yesterday, police located the van on Mcleod street.
As they approached, it is alleged the man ran from the van, but was taken into custody after a brief chase.
He was charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and unlicenced driving.
His bail was opposed, and he is expected to appear before Cairns Magistrates Court today.
