A 21-year-old Mooroobool man has been charged, accused of filming people in the toilet of a business in Cairns City.
Police allege the man had hidden a mobile phone in a cubicle behind an Abbott Street business.
They say the man made recordings of several people between May 8 and May 11.

He has been charged with four counts of recordings in breach of privacy and one count of possessing child exploitation material.
He has been refused bail.
