A 45-year-old man has been charged after allegedly stabbing another man at an Ellis Beach address.
Police say an argument broke out between the two men, who are known to each other, around 10.45pm on Saturday.
A man from Wulguru allegedly stabbed the other in the chest and then fled the scene.

The victim, a 48-year-old Speewah man, was taken to Cairns Hospital in a stable condition with a wound to the chest.
The 45-year-old man has been charged with grievous bodily harm and will face Cairns Magistrates Court today.
