Record high house prices hit regional QLD including Cairns

House prices continue to climb, with three quarters of regional Queensland suburbs sitting at record high values. That’s according to Cotality, who say interstate migration is driving the boom right across Queensland, with Brisbane officially a million-dollar-city.

The recent boom pushing residents out of the city in searching of a ‘tree change’ as they get priced out down south.

Here in the Far North, the median house in Palm Cove is already more than $1 million.
