I read somewhere that more people own a mobile phone than a toothbrush....pretty sobering thought..but what really concerns me is the longterm damage that is caused to the posture and balance of the body when using a mobile phone. The average weight of an adult human skull is similar to a bowling ball so when checking messages or texting the unnatural positioning of the head, looking down at the phone puts tremendous tension on the neck and spine....
