A Kuranda woman has been killed in a three-vehicle crash near Tully.

Around 1pm yesterday, a sedan stopped behind a sugar cane truck, which was waiting to turn off the Bruce Highway into a farm access road at Bilyana.

Another truck has crashed into the sedan, killing the 59-year-old woman.

The drivers of the trucks were not physically injured.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
