CO2 Acidification research called into question
This morning on the Talk Show I spoke with Dr Timothy Clark from Deakin University about 'game changing' research just released about the impact of acidification of the oceans on tropical fish. Earlier research by JCU indicated that increased CO2 levels from climate change was responsible for behavioural changes in coral reef fish. Tim was the lead researcher in this new study which was unable to replicate the earlier JCU findings. Interestingly, this echoes concerns raised by Dr Peter Ridd on this radio station in recent years. So what does this actually mean for science and the science behind climate change?
