Extreme fire risk in parts of SE Queensland and shark control
This morning in the Breakfast Show I spoke with Member for Barron River and Minister for Fire and Emergency Services Craig Crawford about the unprecedented fire risk status in SE Queensland. Despite some suggesting that vegetation management is the reason behind the increased fire risk, the Minister has always strongly maintained that many areas of that have never been subjected to vegetation management and have burned in recent times. So what does the government say is the prime reason behind the increased risk?
