Turtles hatching on the Great Barrier Reef


This morning in the Breakfast Show I caught up with Queensland's Minister for the Environment, Great Barrier Reef and Science, Meaghan Scanlon. With so many people feeling more comfortable taking driving holidays rather than flying at the moment, maybe a trip to the Wide Bay to see the turtle hatchlings might just on the cards.

I also talked to the Minister about the undisputable scientific evidence that the Great Barrier Reef continues to be threatened by climate change, despite a vocal minority refusing to accept the evidence. Listen to what Meaghan Scanlon had to say here:
