Why is the Government stalling on anti corruption initiatives?

The Shadow Minister for Education and Training points out that the pandemic has certainly derailed many plans, but can the coalition really afford to continue to stall on an anti corruption initiative? The Federal Government has flagged creating a Commonwealth Integrity Commission, and despite the Western Sydney Airport land purchase for ten times market value, this commission has still not been established.
