Social distancing: Is it really part of some conspiracy?


In the past few days I was quite shocked to hear some in the mainstream media suggesting that social distancing was useless in controlling Covid-19. However, the best qualified in the field have advised that border closures and social distancing are the most potent weapons we have against the spread of the disease. The indisputable evidence from other countries right around the globe show that this is indeed the fact. So why is this serious mis-information being spread by commentators on the sideline? Surely these people do not want to promote further impacts on our economy by deliberately ignoring the best medical evidence we have?
