What it takes to rescue 12 youngsters from a flooded cave

This morning I spoke to Craig Nolan, the QFES Acting Superintendent Zone Commander, about the mammoth effort being undertaken in northern Thailand to rescue 12 members of a soccer team and their coach from a flooded cave. Not only is it an international effort, assembling individuals with the right qualifications and training in such a short period of time has been an astounding achievement. We just hope the rescue is a success. Main photo above © Copyright AlastairG
