Government gives local areas more autonomy for disaster plans

In my last show before a three week break, this morning I spoke to Minister for State Development Cameron Dick about a Labor Government strategy to give local regions more opportunity to tailor make their own disaster management plans. Each area in Queensland is truly unique, so instead of having a 'one size fits all' approach, this strategy should be commended for the autonomy it aims to provide.
