Today I spoke to Senator Jim Molan, Liberal Senator for NSW and Deputy Chair of Select Committee on Foreign Interference through Social Media, about the current tensions between Australia and China. Listen below to our discussion.

Relations between Australia and China have been deteriorating for years and as Senator Jim Molan has said Australia must now ask the question "What happens next?".  China's recent trajectory suggests that the moment of danger is drawing closer than many wish to acknowledge. It is time Australia faces the likelihood of a not too far-future conflict between China and America. As a result, Senator Molan has called for Australia to have a national strategy that addresses defence as well as foreign affairs, cybersecurity, and education. With tensions rising Australia must be prepared with an overall strategy to keep the nation safe.
