Queensland Police have charged four people with 17 offences following a two‑year investigation into alleged drug trafficking between south‑east Queensland, Townsville and Cairns.

Operation Xray Rile, launched in 2023, uncovered the supply and distribution of methylamphetamine and money laundering activities.

Across seven search warrants in Newport, Narangba, Mango Hill, Hervey Bay and Townsville, police seized methylamphetamine, cocaine, cannabis, mobile phones and a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
