TERMS AND CONDITIONS – 4CA FM Locco, Lou & Tammy’s
New Years Resolution
The following terms and conditions apply for “4CA FM Locco Lou and Tammy’s New Years Resolution” competition.
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with PRIME RADIO GROUP General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.

1. DURATION
The active promotion will run from 5pm Friday 21st of December till 12am Thursday 31st January 2008 (Queensland time).

2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Contestants must register their details on www.4cafm.com.au for their opportunity to participate. 10 contestants are chosen from those registrations for a final interview and then from the interview process the final 4 will be chosen to compete a 4 week training course with their very own Personal Trainer. The winner will be decided after the 4 weeks buy a panel of judges. The winner will be announced on air Friday 1st February 2008 and receive 2, 12 month Sportsworld Memberships and 2 Sportsworld Prize Packs.

3. PRIZE
2 x 12 Month Sportsworld Gym Membership
2 x Sportsworld Prize Packs

4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO GROUP against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

5. NOTIFICATION
The major winner will be announced on air on Friday 1st February 2008. 

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO GROUP and SPORTSWOLD FITNESS CENTRE are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter. All contestants must be cleared by a medical professional before entering the promotion and must be available to participate from 2nd January to 1st February 2008. All contestants must agree to be available for all promotional purposes and to have their image used for promotional material either by PRIME RADIO GROUP or SPORTSWORLD FITNESS.

7. SELECTION OF WINNER
The major prize winner will be the judged on their final Body Mass Index (BMI) reading. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
