TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TAKEN MOVIE PROMOTION
The following terms and conditions apply for “Prime Radio TAKEN Movie Competition.”
These terms and conditions apply in conjunction with PRIME RADIO GROUP General Contest Rules. Where there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions will prevail.
1. DURATION
The active promotion will run during from Monday 4th of August till 5pm Friday 8th of August 2008.
2. METHOD OF ENTRY
Contestants enter via the radio station website at:
One winner will be randomly chosen from all registrations participating in the Prime Radio “Taken” Movie Preview and will win:
3. PRIZE
Return flights for two from their home town to Sydney including one nights accommodation staying at Rydges World Square including breakfast, and a GOLD PASS TO GREATER UNION, GEORGE STREET, SYDNEY.
NOT INCLUDED
•Travel Insurance
•Meals other than breakfast.
Conditions of prize:
•Valid as per prize details above as per booked through PRIME RADIO.
•Prize must be taken prior to 15th December 2008.
•Prize cannot be exchanged for alternate destination or change dates.
•Passengers must be 18years of age or older.
•Prize must be booked with Prime Radio and must be taken when accommodation is available and flights booked minimum of 21 days prior to flying.
4. INDEMNITY
All contestants release from, and indemnify PRIME RADIO GROUP against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise. PRIME RADIO GROUP suggest to the winner that prizewinners take out travel insurance and take no responsibility for any actions incurred if they don’t.
5. NOTIFICATION
Prize winner will be notified on air at the time of winning.
6. ENTRY CONDITIONS.
Employees and their immediate families of PRIME RADIO GROUP and participating sponsors are ineligible to enter. Employees and their immediate families of all associated sponsors and participating companies are also ineligible to enter.
7. SELECTION OF WINNER
The winner will be announced on Monday 11th of August.
