Tensions rising along the Korean Peninsula

Over the weekend the world seemed to edge closer to nuclear war with North Korea showcasing it military might in Pyongyang and the US declaring its intention to solve the regional dispute unilaterally if need be.

To determine the likelihood of war between North Korea and America I spoke with Professor John Blaxland, Acting Head of the Strategic and Defence Studies Centre at the Australian National University. Prof Blaxland shared my concerns but says there are still to many variables to predict what may eventuate/
